The Practice

An Elevated Standard of Care.

Modern Mental Health is a practice for individuals, couples, and organizations who are prioritizing their emotional health.

We optimize and stabilize focus under pressure. We prevent burnout. We organize the overwhelm.

All clinical work is conducted under strict private pay. No insurance billing. No third-party reporting.

Our clinical focus is on treating the symptoms of trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and impulse control in individuals and couples. With organizations, we identify system dysfunction and strategize how to optimize performance — bringing evidence-based clinical rigor to the specific dynamics inside your team or partnership.

Getting Started

A deliberate, two-step engagement.

I.

The Comprehensive Assessment

A three-hour diagnostic and cognitive benchmarking session — a total download of the landscape, at a location determined for your convenience. This is the foundation for everything that follows.

II.

Protocol Design

We determine which tier of support aligns with the issues uncovered in the assessment. We discuss integration with your existing inner circle — spouse, partners, staff — while preserving absolute clinical privacy. We then plan for frequency and duration of our sessions.

Engagement Tiers.

Four distinct engagements.

Tier I · Monthly Retainer

The Premier Performance Partnership

The highest tier of dedicated support. For those who require immediate, high-trust mental health stewardship — on the terms of their life.

  • Unrestricted priority access for decision-critical moments and urgent de-briefs
  • 24/7 direct, HIPAA-compliant cell and text access to your lead consultant
  • Same-day or next-day session prioritization, including evenings and weekends
  • Weekly 90-minute sessions, plus booster sessions with spouse or business partners
  • Discreet mobile support at your residence, training facility, or corporate office
  • High-stress calls included without additional billing
$1,500 Monthly Retainer
Tier II · Session-Based

Targeted Sessions

High-impact sessions focused on addressing issues uncovered in the assessment.

  • 50-minute targeted interventions to manage cognitive load and decision fatigue
  • Evidence-based resilience protocols, individually tailored
  • Same-day emergency sessions for high-stakes decision-making or crisis
$185  ·  50 min   |   $275  ·  90 min
Tier III · Half or Full Day

Intensives

A deep-dive engagement structured across three phases — designed to move beyond symptoms to root causes and hardwire lasting change.

  • Comprehensive Discovery. A complete download of your personal dynamics, relationship patterns, or corporate system. Moving beyond surface-level symptoms to gain a precise understanding of your unique landscape, mapping both latent strengths and friction points.
  • Strategic Resolution. A targeted approach to addressing the etiology of your core challenges. By isolating the root causes, we can stop managing symptoms and start executing a high-level roadmap.
  • Sustainable Integration. The work doesn't end when the session does. We conclude by building a structured, durable plan — ensuring the progress made during our intensive gets hardwired.
4 hour: $750   |   8 hour: $1,500
Tier IV · Advanced Protocol

Ketamine-Assisted Performance Support

Advanced neuroplasticity protocols for brain recovery, rapid processing, and accelerated re-centering after setbacks.

  • Sub-anesthetic protocols to support Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor (BDNF) pathways
  • Cognitive optimization: processing speed, mental flexibility, executive function
  • Accelerated emotional processing after setbacks, injuries, or high-pressure failures
  • "Golden Hour" integration — performance coaching during the 24–48 hour neuroplasticity window
  • Collaboration with trusted medical providers who assess, prescribe, and facilitate the medical portion of treatment
Tier V · On-Demand

Concierge Access

On-demand priority access outside of scheduled sessions — for the moments when timing itself is the intervention.

  • Direct call or text access to Teresa Conlan, LICSW
  • Same-day and next-day sessions
  • Evenings after 6pm, weekends, and holidays available
$250  ·  Priority booking / after-hours   |   $100  ·  20 texts
Tier IV · Deep Dive

Ketamine-Assisted Therapy Process & Fees.

All new potential clients meet for an initial consultation, followed by a three-hour Diagnostic Assessment ($450). If a client has an existing therapist or psychiatrist, the Diagnostic Assessment can be waived and we move directly to preparation.

Preparation

1 hour  ·  $185
  • 1–3 preparation sessions to dial in and explore the client's experience with psychedelics
  • Discuss potential experiences, answer questions, and explore coping skills in this dissociative space
  • Clinician assesses client readiness
  • Intention setting takes place

Medicine Session

2–3 hours  ·  $200 / hour
  • Clinician meets with the client for 20–30 minutes to check in about "set" (mindset) coming into session that day
  • Discuss intentions for the day — bringing in what was established in preparation
  • Potentially pull an intention-setting card and briefly discuss
  • Medicine administered by trusted medical provider
  • Clinician remains with client through medicine; KAT continues at the "tail" of the medicine

Integration

1 hour  ·  $185
  • Clinician explores client's impression of the medicine session
  • Engage in meaning-making of the medicine session
  • Discuss how client is "landing" after medicine and what ideas or experiences have surfaced
  • Discussion of potentially new behaviors or beliefs that have come up which would be helpful or beneficial to the client
